This is HR Capitel Oy's privacy statement.

3. Register name

Register regarding HR Capitel Oy's customers, candidates, partners and subcontractors.

 

4. Purpose of personal data processing

The personal data of HR Capitel Oy's customer or job seeker relationship register is used, for example, for creating and maintaining customer relationships, planning and developing the company's business. The purpose of processing personal data is to enable direct search processes to progress and maintain customer relationships.

 

5. Data content of the register

The register deals with, among other things, the following information necessary for the management of the customer relationship / job seeker relationship: Contact information of the person/company (Name, address, position, e-mail, phone number), CV, profiles from social media services, billing information and other information related to the maintenance of the person/customer relationship.

 

6. Data sources of the register

The information stored in the register is obtained in interviews, from social media services, by e-mail, by telephone, from customers or applicant candidates themselves, from service providers of personal data registers.

 

7. Transfers of personal data

The data controller may disclose information within the limits permitted and required by the applicable legislation, among other things, to the data controller's customers, partners, subcontractors, unless the data subject has forbidden the disclosure of their data. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, unless it is necessary for the technical implementation of the service. In this case, the controller ensures an adequate level of data protection as required by legislation.

 

8. Registry protection and access rights

The personal data stored in the register is kept protected by appropriate technical measures. The register is used with personal usernames and passwords. Personal data is treated confidentially and is only permitted by those persons whose job description it is. The right of use ends when the person moves away from the tasks for which he has been granted the right of use. Materials on paper are kept behind locks, to which unauthorized persons are prevented from accessing. From the service providers and subcontractors participating in the maintenance of the system, HR Capitel Oy requires legal data protection and a commitment not to use register data. 

 

9. Right of inspection, prohibition and correction

In accordance with Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, a person has the right to check the information about him/her in the register. The inspection request must be sent in writing and signed to the controller. The registered person has the right to demand the correction of incorrect information about him. The registered person has the right to deny the processing and transfer of his data, as well as the deletion, by sending a written and signed request to the controller. Likewise, the data subject has all other rights according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
